The Balsam Spa is the second location for the www.spaatbiltmorevillage.com in Asheville, NC. Sisters and co-owners, Brooke Roberts & Cristy Patten are natives of Waynesville and first realized their dream of opening a spa back in December, 2005. Renowned for their customer service and exceptional therapists, they are delighted to be able to offer the same level of excellence in their hometown of Waynesville in Haywood County, NC.

Seasoned spa-goers, the pair brought back many ideas from spas they had visited around the world. Their goal was to incorporate all their favorite treatments under one roof! The two also take pride in offering a great place to work that is family oriented and team driven (currently 35 plus on staff).

The owners have also made a conscious decision to make their spa green. Practices like using glassware instead of disposables; water filters instead of plastic bottles; and using natural and organic products when possible. The spa also offers local products for purchase, displaying a hand-picked array of jewelry and products that originate in our region.

Brooke and Cristy are avid supporters of local charities and regularly give back to the community by supporting various fundraisers throughout the year. Brooke, Cristy, and the entire Balsam Spa team welcome you to a luxurious, cozy location in the heart of the Smokies where you can be pampered, enjoy amazing treatments, and create lasting memories.
