With my roots firmly planted in Pac-12 country, I am always interested in finding out how fans from other parts of the U.S. feel about teams outside of their favorite conference.
Though most fans would agree that the SEC is the most dominant conference in college football, fans outside of the south don’t believe their conferences are that far behind.
Though the SEC has Alabama, Florida, LSU, South Carolina, Georgia, and Mississippi State in the top twelve in this week’s BCS Standings, fans of Pac-12, Big 12, ACC, Big East, and Big 10 conference schools believe that their team’s can play competitively against any of these ranked SEC teams.
That is, except for Alabama, who most college football fans would agree is the most dominant team in the country.
