CANTON – Alva “Ralph” Ralph of Canton, 73, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2012 at the J. F. Keever Solace Center in Asheville.

A native of Winnsboro, S.C., Ralph was born to the late Marvin and Ethel Reynolds Branham. Ralph was a resident of Canton for 32 years.

Ralph is survived by his wife, Peggy of the home; sons, Kenneth Wade Branham of Johnson City, Tennessee, and Marvin “Tex” Ralph Branham of Canton; daughter, Lisa Monique Branham of Palm Bay, Florida; children, Mark Ledford of Candler, and Kristy Ledford of Canton; brothers, Marvin Branham (Francis) of Lexington, S.C., and T.W. Branham of Columbia, S.C.; two sisters, Brenda Yarlborough and Bobbie Yorkman, both of Columbia, S.C. and 6 grandchildren.
