The Arc of Haywood's 4th Annual Arctoberfest. $50 per person includes heavy hor d'oeuvres, an evening of dancing to the music of "A Social Function" and a cash bar. Costume contest at 10 P.M. Proceeds benefit programs and services at The Arc.
