The Inspired Art Ministry, Inc. (Iam), operating out of First Baptist Church, 100 S. Main St. Waynesville, NC, offers ongoing drawing & painting classes for adults, taught by Char Avrunin.  We welcome beginners, intermediate and advanced artists and artists-in-training.  All aspects of creation are covered, from insiration to materials to techniques to framing.  We can also accommodate artists looking for studio space.

Photography classes are taught by Master Photographer, Ed Kelley.  Children's art classes are taught by internationally collected landscape painter, Jo Ridge Kelley.  These classes fill quickly. There are a still a couple of openings in the children's class for the session that begins Tuesday, September 18.  The Photography classes are full, but you may sign up for the next session which begins October 30.

The Inspired Art Ministry, Inc. is a non-profit corporation that tithes to the Church for the privilege of using their space; offers an annual art show (this year, October 13); art library; field trips to museums/artists's studios; Christmas Party; exhibits in other local shows and offers discounts at Mountain Home Collection and GSC Gallery and Frame Shop.
