'Ask a Small Business Attorney Day' is Oct. 4

Haywood Community College’s Small Business Center will hold an “Ask a Small Business Attorney Day” from 9 to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 4, at the Small Business Center, located at 144 Industrial Park Drive, Waynesville.

Registered participants can get free legal advice about a start-up or existing small business.

Chase Wells of M. Chase Wells, PLLC and the Haywood Community College Small Business Center have partnered to provide free 30-minute one-on-one appointments. This is an opportunity to meet with a lawyer to discuss a problem or question business owners  have about starting a business or running your existing business.

Wells is an attorney who practices in Haywood, Jackson, Swain and Macon counties. He practices in civil litigation, criminal defense, business law, foreclosure, elder law and estates, and family law.
