The Waynesville Parks and Recreation Department is now hiring basketball officials for the upcoming adult basketball season. The games will be played on Monday and Thursday nights. The game times will be 6:30, 7:30 and 8:30 pm. Referees are expected to work all three games when scheduled.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Prior experience officiating basketball games is desirable. Each applicant must pass a written and/or oral exam on the rules of basketball.
