Behind the Scenes

For every story or photo you see in the newspaper, there's additional tidbits that don't make the paper for one reason or another. There are also plenty of phone calls, meetings and other happenings that aren't printed. This blog is an attempt to share some of those stories. I may also write about my favorite past-time — our farm-to-consumer beef business. My husband is the producer, and while my main duty is getting of the tastiest beef around into hands of appreciative consumers.
