TALLASSEE, ALABAMA — Mr. Benny Joe Rhinehart Sr., 61, passed away Thursday, June 14, 2012.  Mr. Rhinehart was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Rhinehart Sr., son, Benny Joe Rhinehart Jr., and sister, Mitzi Sue Rhinehart.

Survivors include his wife, Patty Rhinehart of Tallassee, Alabama; three daughters, Karen Byrd (Jason) of Tallassee, Alabama, Kristie Rhinehart of Prattville, Alabama, Kathy Rhinehart of Tallassee, Alabama; mother, Frances Rhinehart of Waynesville; three sisters, Freda Tipton, of Arden, Linda Buchanan, of Waynesville, Barbara Jones, of Waynesville; three brothers, the Rev. Kenneth Rhinehart (Margaret), of Clyde, the Rev. Steve Rhinehart (Pat), of Weaverville, Wesley Rhinehart (Jeanne), of Dalton, Georgia; and 10 grandchildren.
