Can-Do Conservatives, A Disabled Americans' Advocacy Organization, Endorse Vance Patterson In 11th District Runoff

Founder Brian Donegan Cites Patterson's Entrepreneurial Success As Inspiration For People Thriving Against The Odds

ASHEVILLE, NC-- Vance Patterson, candidate for North Carolina's 11thcongressional district, today announced his receiving the endorsement of the Can-Do Conservatives. Can-Do founder Brian Donegan created the organization to spread the idea that disability doesn't equal the loss of independence.

Donegan said, “Can-Do Conservatives endorses Vance Patterson in this race because he has shown himself to understand what it means to succeed and thrive in the face of adversity. He has maintained several successful business ventures when the economy and government regulatory burdens have been working against him. I believe that is the kind of wherewithal that we need in Washington, DC.”

“I was not supposed to live past the age of 10,” Donegan continued. “Today, at 29 years old, I'm legally blind. I wasn't dealt the best hand, but I learned to conquer this adversity through hard work, perseverance, and the old fashioned idea that Americans pull ourselves up by the bootstraps and make our way no matter what life throws at us. While I was born with my disability, the Federal Government increasingly handicaps people like Vance Patterson. He's proven he is up to the challenge, and I will work to see him win this runoff on July 17th!”

Vance Patterson is a candidate for North Carolina's 11th congressional district in the July 17thRepublican primary runoff. Patterson is an entrepreneur in Morganton, NC, and has started 16 companies throughout his career, including two that have been named in “INC. 500 fastest growing companies in America.”
