Caroling groups are needed for Downtown Waynesville’s annual holiday event, the “Night before Christmas” to be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday evening, Dec. 8.

Organizers are looking for church groups, nonprofit organizations, friends and families who would enjoy coming together for an evening of caroling and fun. That evening businesses will remain open, and there will be an appearance by Santa, wagon rides, musicians, carolers, entertainers, a live nativity and “Bethlehem Marketplace.”
