The cat food donation drive for FUR will continue through the end of April, Bring dry or canned cat food to  The Big Red Barn at 79 Branner Avenue in Waynesville Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10:00am-6:00pm..

Help is needed to feed the cats and kittens which have been rescued and are living at FUR’s 2600 square foot sanctuary at 38 Safe Haven Drive off of Rabbit Skin Road.

“While people are leaving their cat food donations, I hope they will visit the FUR store inside of The Big Red Barn” said Maggie Hickle, volunteer and coordinator of the FUR Store. “It has a selection of new or very gently used household goods and vintage and antique items that we have received as donations to help fund the care of the cats and kittens at the sanctuary."

All donations to FUR of WNC are tax deductible. Cash donations will be gratefully accepted by mail to FUR of WNC, PO Box 1352, Waynesville, NC 28786.
