The oldest Labor Day parade in the South will march through downtown Canton for the 106th year starting at 10 a.m. today.

Among the many participating in this year's parade include contestants from the Miss Labor Day Pageant and the age division winners of the Little Miss and Mr. Labor Day Pageant.

Festivities will be complete with carnival rides, games, food and live music at the nearby Canton Recreation Park.

Later, there will be a live musical performance by the Hoss Howard Band at 3:30 p.m. followed by special guest Chase Rice at 7 p.m.
