Celebrate NC Beer Month at Wineseller’s Highland Brewing sampling April 6

Mar 26, 2013

The Classic Wineseller  knows its wine, but it also knows a thing or two about craft beer. All are invited for a "Suds Sampling" of Highland Brewing Company beers from 6:30 to 8:30pm,  Saturday, April 6,  at 20 Church St., in Waynesville. For $15 per person, tasters will get samples of five beers, each paired with a specific food (think wings, sausages, meatballs, Cuban sliders), and other hearty bites.
Rachel Applefield from Highland Brewing Company will be on hand to introduce the Bradley Creek IPA, a new beer specially brewed for the Suds Sampling.
Beer lovers who purchase a case of beer to go will get a free Highland Brewing beer glass to take home. Space is limited, so make reservations via email at info@classicwineseller.com or call 452-6000.

The menu for the beer tasting with Highland Brewing Company is:

Little Hump Spring Ale, with chicken wings
Kashmir IPA, with lamb ragu with polenta cake
Gaelic Ale, with IPA English ale wholegrain mustard cheddar cheese, pretzel crackers
Bradley Creek IPA, with Cuban slider
Oatmeal Porter, with andouille sausage skewer
Black Mocha Stout, with tiramisu cupcake
