The 2012-13 school year for CHHS is one of changes.

A second math teacher was added to the staff this year and three new teachers, a new social worker, school nurse and  ISS facilitator joined the staff as well.

The first report card found two with straight A students: Joelene Lafferty and Tyler Scott Sutton with 15 more making all A's and B's including Montana Auton, Charles Flesch, Jordan Furniss, Layla Gibson, Jeffery greene, Cherish Hunter, Kayla Kunzelman, Casy Mathis, Katie Rodgers-Mehaffey, Victoria Russell, Angela Stacy, Felicia Sutton, Rebekah Thurston, Jessica Woody and Summer Young.

To top that, a record seven students (10 percent) had perfect attendance, including Charles Flesch, Joelene Lafferty, Whitley Owens, Victoria Russell, Jason Shell, Joe Wise and Wayne Wright.
