Loving Father

CLYDE — Mr. Charles Judson Palmer Jr., 48, of Clyde passed away Nov. 2, 2012. He was born in Ft. Worth Texas to Hilda Grey Hudson Palmer and the late Charles Judson Palmer Sr. He was a hard working and well respected maintenance supervisor for the Town of Clyde where he had worked for sixteen years, and enjoyed time outside fishing and camping. Mr. Palmer was a descendant of the Turkey George Palmer family of the Cataloochee Valley.

In addition to his father he was predeceased by his wife, Judy Guice Palmer. Survivors include his sons Charles “C.J.” Judson Palmer III, and Cheston Palmer. both of Clyde; his mother. Hilda Palmer. of Waynesville; sisters. Belinda Palmer Ferguson. and her husband, Edwin,of Maggie Valley, Wanda Palmer Burgess, and her husband, Brent, of Canton; ...
