Waynesville, NC - In celebration of the Martin Luther King, Jr holiday weekend, the Classic Wineseller will host three consecutive nights of live music.

The DuPont Brothers (guitars, vocals) will kick-off the weekend early with a performance on Thursday, January 16. Leo Johnson (guitar, vocals) will perform on Friday, January 17, and Joe Cruz (piano, vocals) plays on Saturday evening, January 18.

Music begins at 7pm each evening and the Wineseller's kitchen will be open at 5:30pm each music night serving freshly prepared small plate and tapas-style fare. Reservations are suggested by calling 828-452-6000.

The Vermont-based DuPont Brothers are bringing the best in folk-rock-Americana to western North Carolina on Thursday, January 16.

For years, singer-songwriter siblings, Sam and Zack honed their skills independent of one another. A groundbreaking show in Burlington, Vermont early in 2013 convinced the brothers to blend their unique writing and singing styles and become co-conspirators in this shared family passion. Versatile jazz, gypsy jazz, and swing performer, Leo Johnson (guitar, vocals) will play swing from the 30s and 40s on Friday evening, January 17 at 7pm.

On Saturday, January 18 at 7pm, Joe Cruz is back at the piano delivering the best of the Beatles and Sir Elton John. Cruz grew up singing in church, then became a regular on the club scene in New York City. He has opened for Chicago, Santana, and Bonnie Raitt.
