Front Office Engagement Specialist
This position plays a critical role in providing quality care to consumers receiving services from Meridian, community partners, as well as Meridian staff. The position will interact with customers through a variety of methods, including but not limited to receiving and answering inbound calls for the purpose of scheduling/rescheduling appointments, routing calls to appropriate staff members, providing basic information about services and programs etc., as well as face to face engagement as customers arrive for appointments. This position is ideally suited for a highly extroverted, enthusiastic, organized, multi-tasking individual, who is comfortable working in fast paced environment with the general public and approaches work with superior levels of commitment, integrity and customer service.
