Clyde man arrested for trafficking

A Clyde man was arrested last weekend for trafficking in opium or heroin, among other charges.

Donald Keith Lance, 57, was driving his 1989 Ford F-150, when he was pulled over by State Trooper C.K. Johnson.

Upon searching the vehicle, trooper Johnson found over an ounce of either opium or heroin, along with Hydrocodone, Tremadol and Phentermine.

Lance was charged with two counts of trafficking in opium or heroin, one count of maintaining in his vehicle a controlled substance and two counts of possession of a schedule IV substance, along with traffic infractions.

Lance was released on $50,000 bond and has a court date scheduled for April 26.
