Corn hole tournament to benefit BBBS is Sept. 29

Headwaters Brewing Company will be hosting a Corn Hole Tournament from 2 to 4:30 p.m., Saturday Sept. 29, to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Haywood County.

Kevin Sandefur, owner of Headwaters Brewing understands the importance of mentoring a child as he has first hand experience in role-modeling.  He was a Big Brother through BBBS and spent years matched one on one with a child.  The child is now grown up and will actually be at the fund raising event in support of Big Brothers Big Sisters.  They have maintained a relationship and friendship long after the match ended with Big Brothers Big Sisters.

The cost is $40 for a two-person team and players must be at least 18 years of age.  A $100 grand prize will be given to the winner, and there will also be a second and third place team ...
