CANDLER — Mr. David I. Franks, 92, of Candler, formerly of Clyde, passed away Dec. 30, 2012.

Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013, in the Chapel of Garrett Funerals and Cremations. The family will receive friends from 1:30 p.m. until the hour of the funeral.
