CLYDE — A quiet, gentle and caring man left this world for a much more peaceful resting place.
Dean Russell Manier, 58, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, May 22, 2014, at the Memorial Campus of Mission Hospital.
Mr. Manier was born in Detroit, Michigan, March 11, 1956, to the late Marion Manier and the late Bonford Manier. He attended Southfield High School. He was married to Marsha Martin Sept. 4, 2005. He was a proud member of Life Church in Hazelwood. Dean enjoyed his grandchildren with all his heart.
He is survived by three children, Thomas and Deana; their two grandchildren; Kayden and Haylei and Joshua, from a previous marriage; and two step-children, Ryan, his wife, Lisa, and Chris. Also surviving are sisters, Lynda Avanpato, of Florida, Bonnie Hoover, and her husband, Gerald, of Michigan, Mary Sparks, and her husband, Donald, of Texas; brothers, Eugene Manier, and his wife, Marlene, of Indiana, Allan Manier and Joyce Hilt, of Michigan, and Dennis Manier, and his wife, Kathy, of Michigan, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 1, at LIFE Church in Hazelwood.
