Dems to meet Jan. 14 to discuss sheriff nomination

The Haywood County Democratic Executive Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 14,  at party headquarters, 286 Haywood Square, Waynesville.  The purpose is to discuss the plan that will be used to nominate a candidate for sheriff.  Registered Democrats may attend.  Voting will be done only by the official members of the executive committee.  For further information, contact Chair Janie Benson at 456-4942 or 734-9056.
