Students in HCC’s Cosmetic Arts Design Applications classes designed these masterpieces from dahlias from HCC’s Dahlia Garden. According to Janette Banks, HCC Cosmetic Arts Program Manager, “In the Cosmetic Arts industry, a lot of color design inspiration for hair comes from nature. This project is a unique way for our students to show off their creativity.”
