Sarge’s Animal Rescue Foundation will hold its third annual book sale from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday and Saturday, April 18 to 19, at the adoption center, 256 Industrial Park Dr., in Waynesville.

People interested in donating CDs, DVDs, specialty magazines and other media are asked to bring them in now.

“Don’t wait to bring us your books and media, “ said Bee Volpe, Sarge’s book sale organizer. “We need them ASAP so we have time to sort and categorize.”

If people have a large quantity of items, they may call the Sarge’s office at 246-9050  to arrange drop off at one of the storage units.

Donations can be brought to the adoption center in Waynesville during regular business hours from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday to Thursday and Saturday.

“Also, we need volunteers to help,” said Volpe.

Those who can help move and sort books, set up Thursday, April 17, before the sale and help during the sale, are asked to contact Volpe at 648-8644.
