Loving Husband

CANTON — Don Preston Mills, age 70, of Lake Logan Road, passed away Sunday, Sept. 16, 2012, at his home.

He was a native of Hazen, Arkansas, and was the son of the late Manley and Nora Ingle Mills.  He was also preceded in death by a son Don Mills, Jr.; two sisters, Virginia Young and Georgia Crane and one brother, Linden Mills.  Don was a U.S. Navy veteran serving for six years and served in the reserves for two years.   He was owner/operator of a trucking company and truly loved what he did.

He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Davina Mills; one step-daughter, Christie Rose and her husband Dan of Weatherford, Texas; one step-son, Michael Mills and his wife Shelly of Hazen, Arkansas; one sister, Emma Stevenson of St. Louis, MO and one brother, Kenneth Dale Mills of ...
