Doris Mager has educated and entertained audiences around the country for years with her birds of prey show. This summer she lost her beloved Crested Caracara bird who died after an incredible life of 36 years in captivity. Doris returns to the Waynesville library on Wednesday, October 3rd, with a tribute to Cara, her crested caracara bird.

This event is free and open to the public. Doris will be unveiling her taxidermied Caracara bird at this program as well as flying her great horned owl, E.T. We hope that Doris' many fans will be able to attend this unique show.
