Economic forum is Oct. 18

Old Town Bank will host an economic forum for Haywood County, starting with a reception at 5 p.n. Thursday, Oct. 18, at Maggie Valley Club.  After the reception, the presentation will be held from 6 to 7 p.m., with presenter Tom Tveidt, president of SYNEVA Economics and a Haywood County resident.  Call 456-3006.
