What an absolute travesty! As usual a lousy voter turnout (Haywood County-14%, statewide-15%). It is beyond me why more voters are not concerned? As usual a real minority of voters will determine who is elected. I would think the 85% that were too lazy to vote should not complain about the outcome. Sure would be nice if at least 60% of the registered voters vote in the fall.  But that will never happen.
