WAYNESVILLE — Ella Mae Price Ferguson,  77, of 75 Foxwood Dr., passed away  Monday, July 9, 2012 at her residence.

A native and lifelong resident of Haywood County, she was the daughter of the late Willie and Allie Davis Price.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Wayne Ferguson; two sisters, Ora Lee Ramsey and Millie Lou Coward; and four brothers, Roy, Paul, Robert and William Price.  Mae was a member of Fines Creek Memorial Baptist Church all of her life and loved her church and church family.  She and her husband were farmers in the Fines Creek Community, where she loved to cook and work in her flower garden.  Mae was a wonderful sister to all and will be missed very much.
