Santa's elves are at work at St. Andrews Square, busily baking Scottish shortbread for the Christmas season. Alex and Joan Robb's bakery, located in the Haywood business incubator, at 144 Industrial Park Dr., in Waynesville, is filled with the aroma of buttery shortbread.
