'End of Life Decisions' talk is Aug. 22

Crystal Fox, of WestCare, will present information for End of Life Decisions, 5 Wishes and Do Not Resuscitate at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 22, at the Senior Resource Center, 81 Elmwood Way, Waynesville. There will be a notary.

This will give attendees information and the forms necessary to make those important end-of-life wishes.  Reservations are not necessary, but welcomed. Call 452-2370.
