Meridian Behavioral Health Services, Inc. received a grant from the Evergreen Foundation to purchase a 12-passenger van for its Psycho-Social Rehabilitation (PSR) Program in Haywood County. Approximately 35 Haywood County residents, many of whom don’t have access to reliable transportation, participate in this program, some as often as five days per week. The program is designed to offer a full range of rehabilitative and supportive services to individuals with mental health challenges.
