Extension offers ServSafe certification Nov. 26, 27
The ServSafe Manager Certification Program will be held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 26 and 27, at the Haywood County Cooperative Extension, 589 Raccoon Road, in Waynesville .The program is sponsored by Haywood County Cooperative Extension for restaurant managers who want to learn the latest food safety practices and add points to inspections.
The exam is Nov. 27, for those who attended all sessions.
The program leader will be Sherrie Peeler, extension agent, and the cost is $125, including materials and refreshments.
