Farmers market kickoff meeting is March 6

There will be a vendor kickoff meeting for the Haywood Historic Farmers Market at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 6, at the Cooperative Extension Office, Raccoon Road, in Waynesville.

The market will run from 8 a.m. to noon Wednesdays and Saturdays, starting Saturday, April 20, to the end of October, at the HART, off Pigeon St., in Waynesville. For information, call 550-4748.
