DON KUCHENMEISTER, THE FAT BEE MAN will be speaking at Haywood Community College Monday, Jan. 14, 6:30 p.m. (doors open at 6 p.m).

Located in Lula, Georgia, Don has more than 50 years of experience as a beekeeper and 30 years as a commercial beekeeper. His operation has been pesticide free and 100 percent organically maintained since 1993. Don has given bee-related presentations and organic beekeeping workshops and classes for many years. His beekeeping business, Dixie Bee Supply, sells queens, packaged bees, honey and other bee-related products directly to friends, neighbors, and the local communnity.
