The Fines Creek Community Association invites all members of the communities of Fines Creek, Panther Creek and White Oak to attend the monthly meeting.  Changes to the by-laws governing FCCA will be proposed and discussed.  Nominations for officers will be accepted.  Voting on these issues will be held at the next monthly meeting, so that the community has time to learn about the changes.  The meeting is from 11 am to noon on Monday, Oct. 29, in the cafeteria.  The future of the community center depends on interest from the members of the community.
