Kirsten Thien and Galia Arad, of New York City, will appear at an intimate "house concert" from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Sep. 16, at the Fines Creek Community Center. Their appearance will be held indoors in the cozy cafeteria of the old school building and is open to the public. A $5 donation is suggested.

What makes this a “house concert”? Well, Kirsten’s parents, John and Dona Thien, live in one of those high coves in Fines Creek with challenging access and limited parking. Since Kirsten and Galia are going to be passing Fines Creek on their way to Nashville, Kirsten suggested John and Dona hold a house concert for their friends.
