First Baptist Church of Maggie Valley, on Soco Road, will have a special day of worship at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 16, in the sanctuary. The adult choir under, the direction of Leslie Hipps, will be presenting the musical program “The Love of God At Christmas,” followed by a message by Pastor Ricky Mason.

The children of the church family, under the direction of Kayla Ollis, will be presenting a musical drama, “Journey To the Center of Christmas,” at 6 p.m. Sunday.
