FLBC expands distribution

Frog Level Brewing Company, 56 Commerce St., in Waynesville announced that Millennium Beverage (headquartered in Charlotte) began distributing FLB beers throughout N.C. as of March 11 to restaurants, bars and other breweries.

"FLBC is retaining distribution in Haywood and Jackson counties," said owner/ brewmaster Clark Williams.

The FLBC brews being distributed by Millennium include Lily's Cream Ale, Catcher in the Rye, Tadpole Porter, Salamander Slam, Nutty Brunette (named after co-owner, Jenny Williams) and HopScotch Ale.

Frog Level Brewing is Haywood County’s first brewery. The tap room is open from  2 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Wednesdays and from 2 to 9 p.m. Thursday to Saturday (closed Sunday and Monday). Patrons are welcome to bring in their own food during  tap room hours and enjoy the local brews and regulary scheduled live music.
The tap rooom is available for private parties. For information about the beers on tap and events at FLBC, call 454-5664.
