This hands-on class will cover safely making beef jerky, drying apples, cranberries, fruit leather and various vegetables. In addition to food safety information, Sawyer will be demonstrating different pieces of equipment used in home food dehydration.
Samples, recipes and reliable resources will be available. Class size is limited and signup is required. For more information, call 356-2507.
