After this weekend, the high school, college  and pro slates of football are well on their way in 2012. Here is a list of what I’ve gleaned so far.
Talking to Pisgah Head Coach David Pressley every Saturday is a treat.  No matter how things have gone the night before he always makes me feel better.  I know his players feel the same way and that is a huge benefit in a head coach.  A man with experience and perspective about the bigger picture always makes the world a better place.  I think we’ve reached the same conclusion on the WNCAC ... it’s wide open.  Some will say that the conference is way down this year.
That may be the case but I think you’ll see at least one team come out in November with a pretty good record even after the start wasn’t all that great ... hopefully that will happen ...
