The Waynesville Library and the Canton Branch Library offer free one-on-one computer lessons every TUESDAY and THURSDAY. The lessons are open to everyone, from beginners to more advanced computer users, and are taught by an experienced computer instructor. Lessons last up to an hour, and students may request what computer subject they would like to learn, whether it be setting up an e-mail account, applying for a job online, creating a spreadsheet, or just learning the basics. Lessons are offered in the mornings at Canton from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., and in the afternoons at Waynesville from 3 to 5 p.m. For more information, or to sign-up for a lesson, call 452-5169 (Waynesville) or 648-2924 (Canton).
