AARP Foundation TAX-AIDE Program provides free preparation and e-filing of federal and North Carolina tax returns each Tuesday morning, 9 am until 1 pm, and Wednesday afternoon, 1 to 5 p.m., at the HART Theatre on Pigeon Street.
