AARP Foundation TAX-AIDE Program provides free preparation and efiling of federal and North Carolina tax returns each Tuesday morning, 9 am until 1 pm, and Wednesday afternoon, 1 pm until 5 pm, at the HART Theatre on Pigeon Street.
