Friday Night Live adds acoustic ambiancePan Harmonia to play first Fridays through May
The Classic Wineseller, 20 Church St., in Waynesville, and Pan Harmonia, Asheville’s acclaimed chamber music collective, have announced first Friday classical music performances February to May, as part of the Wineseller’s weekly Friday Night Live music series.
Kate Steinbeck, flute; Fred Lemmons, clarinet; and, Rosalind Buda, bassoon are the Winds in the Winery performing from 7 to 10 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1.
The Classic Wineseller will host an evening of modern music rarities and vintages for discerning palates. Pan Harmonia performs music of Charles Koechlin, Heitor Villa-Lobos, Francis Poulenc, and John Rutter in the relaxing, intimate setting of the Classic Wineseller.
Situated inside the Classic Wineseller, Angelino’s Piattino Ristorante begins serving dinner at 5:30 p.m. There is a $10 per person minimum food/wine purchase and free concert admission, with a suggested donation of $5 to 20 per person for the musicians.

Music of Cesar Franck and Claude Debussy.
• 7 p.m. Friday, April 5 – Kate Steinbeck, flute, Fabio Parrini, piano and Maria Parrini, cello (Fabio’s 15-year old daughter) — Felix Mendelssohn’s epic Trio No. 1, Op. 49 in D Minor and more.
• 7 p.m. Friday, May 3 — Kate Steinbeck, flute, Fred Lemmons, clarinet, and Amy Brucksch, guitar.
