Rescheuled now for Sunday Feb. 10. 3:00-5:00 PM - Canceled for weather last week  FREE Dixieland Jazz Concert by Frog Level Philharmonic at the Swain County Center for the Arts. They will perform for an hour and then there willl be refreshments and an opportunity for visitors  to enjoy a meet and greet reception for Waynesville artist, Dominick DePaolo, whose artwork is currently on exhibit at the Center for the Arts. Sponsored by the North Carolina Arts Council.   Everyone is invited to attend both the concert and the reception free of charge.
