Support a great cause, Saturday, October 27 beginning at 4pm. 
Save The Animals Rescue (S.T.A.R.) Ranch is offering hayrides for kids and
adults on the beautiful property of Apple Hill Farms.

Live entertainment, dancing, dinner (provided by Smoky Shadows Lodge),
drinks and live auction all to raise money for STAR's horses. 

STAR rescues abused, neglected and abandoned horses in Haywood County. 

Remember Bucky the horse that died a few months back from being tethered to
a cinder block like a dog for 6 years? 
STAR has helped so many of these animals with similar stories. Some animals
don't make it through their abuse because STAR is called too late, but most;
are nursed back to health with many hours of love, compassion and costly
trips to the vet. 

In its sixth year in operation, STAR has saved several hundred animals in
Haywood County including horses, goats, cats, dogs, and more.
