The Haywood Community Band is in its 11th season of providing free concerts for the Haywood community. Concerts are played on the third Sunday of each month, May to October, at the Maggie Valley Pavilion next to the Maggie Valley Town Hall. The concerts are performed under the sponsorship of the Maggie Valley Civic Association. In addition to the scheduled theme concerts, the band also performs on Memorial Day, July 4, and when called upon by civic organizations in the Haywood community.
