Mrs. Messer's and Mrs. Clark's Kindergarten class connects Halloween to their favorite books!
Mrs. Messer's and Mrs. Clark's Kindergarten class have taken dressing up for Halloween to a whole new level. Each student wore a costume that represented a character from a popular children's book or an animal from a Non-Fiction book. There was the soup can from the folktale "Stone Soup" and the Cat in the Hat from Dr. Seuss. There was Pete from Litwin's "Pete the Cat" books and many non-fiction chararcters such as, bees, butterflies, and spiders. The students had a great day dressing up, but also connecting their costumes to one of the books they read over and over again in their classroom.
